Acupuncture and cupping alternative therapy in patients with acute low back pain

Introduction: acupuncture and cupping constitute an alternative therapy to alleviate different conditions, especially acute low back pain, which improves the level of satisfaction impacts on quality life patients who suffer from it. Objective: evaluate efficacy treatment with in pain. Methods: a randomized phase III therapeutic clinical trial was carried out attended Natural Traditional Medicine service rehabilitation room Juan Manuel Páez Inchauthi Polyclinic, municipality Moa, Holguín province, Cuba, period July December year 2017. The study universe consisted 80 consultation; sample randomly selected 60 two groups, group I, received treatment, II, cupping, made up 30 each. Both were diagnosed post Bi syndrome. Results: men predominated study, 63.3%, 66.7%. age 40 49 years most affected. In both, exogenous wind factor predominated. It observed that syndrome is benefited therapy, as when suction cup applied.
